At LOLACO Sports, we are on a relentless mission to transform the future of women’s soccer by empowering and elevating female athletes and those that most closely influence them - coaches, clubs and parents.

We believe that every woman and girls has a place in this sport, and with the correct education and support, we can help her achieve her highest potential. We also believe in creating leaders for the next generation through sport safety, leadership, and confidence building.

Coaching
Through expert coaching, we build products that support female athletes and coaches to ensure all players are able to perform at their highest potential and develop leadership skills to leave a legacy for the next generation.

Consulting
Through expert consultancy, we help design the future of women’s soccer, providing every young girl with a positive role model, creating lasting programs within their club environments, and educating club leaders how to make spaces that aid in attracting, developing, and retaining female athletes.

Mentorship
Through expert mentorship, we champion for every girl and woman in soccer to break barriers, be confident in their place in soccer, and achieve their dreams.
Meet the Owner

Coach
Holding a CONCACAF B license, Taylor is currently a Head Coach for a university in USport OUA. She has extensive coaching experience in across Canada and the USA NCAA Division I. She has coached Professional academies, University teams, Regional selections, as well as Sport Etude programs. Her coaching experience is supported by her Kinesiology degree which allowed her to study training, coaching, and rehabilitation of female athletes.

Technical Director
As an Assistant Regional (District) Technical Director responsible for the growth and development of Women’s Soccer across 12 clubs, Taylor has extensive knowledge of project and program development, technical coaching, management and organization. She is a forerunner in this field having been the first in the province to hold this title for Women's Soccer.

Mentor + Developper
Taylor has been providing mentorship to young women in soccer for the past 10 years. She spent the last 4 years running a provincially renowned mentorship program for female coaches, as well as becoming the first female bilingual Coach Developper trained by FIFA in Canada.
Taylor is also a proud member of the Women and Girls' Working Group for Canada Soccer - driving change and creating spaces for women's soccer nationally.
